What site should I use to create my own website? Must be free?

have a photo gallery

maybe a blog

have links…can i have links to other pages on those pages?

i like how people doing anime and fanfics have those websites i want something similar…

and please give me your tips on setting up

go to a lot of people go there to make a website that have everything you needed…it’s a popular site

it’s free and they have most instruction on how to make it.

No No No. FreeWebs is the worst (in my opinion - I hate forced ads).

Use 50Webs (www.50webs.com)
It is free, fast, reliable and no ads.
You also get a catchall pop3 email.
