Hi:
The first place to go is your website host. They should have support area or at least a support email for you to ask questions. Who is your web host? Have you looked thru their support docs?
Most hosts now have common programs such as this pre-installed or available thru a one click install process.
You may also be able to get help from the coppermine site in the forum (here is the link to the install questions area of the support site - )
You could always hire someone to install the software for you but I would only suggest this as a last resort as it is pretty straightforward to install.
i can install it for you for free, just temporarily change your password for the host (so i can acess the db and script installer)
, but if you dont want to take that risk(but its not a risk cuz i wont do anything bad), then do this:
go into your MySQL manager, add a database with a name of your liking thats simple. it will most likley be your-host-username_pics(or whatever name you choose)
then open up the auto script installer, if coppermine is not available on that, then youll have to upload it to a directory(folder) on your Then go to: where you put coppermine/install
it will ask for your MySQL host(refer to webhost for that), database, username, password and table prefix. use the one you just made for database and your password for password, username is your host username(the first part of your DB).
go through the process and then youll have a coppermine photo gallery!
