Photoshop brushes help, please help me?

so I was told that to put a new brush into photoshop I found out you download it(http://www.brusheezy.com) to your destop. aAfter that you select the brush tool in photoshop I have cs3 and then drag the file from my destop to the arrow pointing down in photoshop next to where you choose your brush and a +add crusor comes up to add the brush file to your photoshop. Well I trie this but when I did it noe the +add crusor came up it a sign that meant it wont work. I think it has something to do witht eh settin of the file what it opens with. I have windows Vista and right now it is set to open with WINDOWS PHOTO GALLERY but it dosn’t work. and I set the setting to windows photo gallery a little while ago and i dont remember what it was orrinally on so idk what program to open it with so I can drag it into photoshop. well try and help me please pleaseee I really need this to edit my stuff. thank you soo much for reading and if you have anything you think I should know please tell mee thank you very muchh answer:)

you have to copy the file over into photoshop directory folder, watch my video how to do it with gimp, photoshop might be similar
