PHP Photo Gallery Help?

Hello, I’m sorry to ask so much of a person, but I really need help. I’m only 13, so I’m desinging a website for my mom where she can upload pictures. I kinda struggle through this tutorial (I finally got it working after 2 days! lol) But at the end of the tutorial, there are just little snippets of code where someone could add a new album, delete photos, and move picture… etc…. My problem is that i don’t really know how to insert this into a form, much help is appreciated!

Basically, my question is, how would i go about setting up the code into a form based thing so my mom could use it (she is not computer savvy at all…) 10 Points Easy for the best answer!! (NOTE: I do realize that I’m posting on Yahoo Answers, and that i should probably post of a PHP forum, but my plan was to do that next if this doesn’t work out.. lol)

P.S.: I Don’t know if it makes any difference or not, but i am running my own server, ubuntu 8.10 Hardy with Apache 2.4

I am looking for a Software Application to create & publish photo galleries on my website?

I searched and tried all the ones i could find on the net, CoffeeCup.com is the only i have seen so far that is decent and does most of what i need. I am about to setup my first website and I could use some advice on the content structure of the site?
